How to Allocate Your Wedding Budget




Wedding budget - the most difficult part of planning a wedding! If you come with a number you can live with, then you need to understand how to cover the spread at the cost of different wedding. Here are some tips on how to allocate your wedding budget.

The first thing is to know the basic formula in terms of what percentage of your wedding budget should be allocated for each category of expenditure. The second thing to know is that these policies are not really that - guidelines - and that the real divisions of your resources is as much based on your priorities as a table. The trick is to provide a way to find your resources so that you will not be left without money to pay for something in a category that interests you, at least.

Usually the reception will take most of your wedding budget, usually about half. In these 50%, but it is entirely up to you how you want to break it. For example, if your priority is to have a place with a breathtaking view or a known name, you can spend more of allocating 50% of the place and compromise with a cheaper menu. Or with food quality is your primary concern, you can learn about catering and spend less on decorations and flowers.
